Hello! I'm Caroline Crosby, the founder of Ecstatic Health Coaching and the owner of Anacortes Health & Nutrition in Anacortes, WA. My holistic wellness journey began at a young age, inspired by my mother's life philosophy, long before I truly understood its significance. It developed into a passion for recreating recipes and adapting delicious meals to align with my fitness goals and life demands. Over the last decade, this journey has matured into a deeper holistic approach, particularly during my pregnancies and through my ownership of the Health Food Store. I find great fulfillment in helping individuals nourish their bodies naturally and enhancing their lives. However, brief interactions with customers often fall short of fostering lasting health transformations. I am dedicated to creating an accessible space for everyone in the community, where I can plant seeds of health through coaching and guidance. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, I strive to ensure that everyone feels welcome and understood, regardless of where they are on their health journey.
